LEC’s Longest Tenured Employee Shares His Story

Eric Roepke has been with Laketown Electric Corporation since 1989 and is LEC’s longest tenured employee. CEO Matt Bergmann has known Eric since he was seven years old. He was just as important to the company’s success then as he is now. At one point in 2008, we were down to three employees including Eric. Today we are 135+ strong.
Eric’s traits and attitude exemplify what we strive for at LEC. He is conscientious, a teacher, an excellent communicator, and our customers absolutely love him.
Why do our customers love employees like Eric and the rest of our service leaders? His experience in being able to dissect and troubleshoot issues as well as conceptualize the most efficient way to do things in commercial and industrial environments is unparalleled.
Our leaders like Eric and our many other long-term, lifelong employees deserve all of the credit for being the backbone of our collective successes.
Our service department is always growing thanks to the referrals of happy clients. If you know anyone that would be a great match for this division, contact me directly!
